Thomas Daniel "Tommy" Fuller, Sr. was the husband of D.J. Tanner, and the father of Jackson, Max, and Tommy Jr. His name was mentioned in Fuller House.
Biography[]
Tommy was D.J.'s husband and worked in the fire department. In the episode "Our Very First Show, Again", it's revealed he passed away in the line of duty. It's told by D.J. that he loved being a firefighter, and that he died doing what he loved: saving lives.
In the episode "Secrets, Lies and Firetrucks", Tommy can be seen in a picture Max shows his friends. He was sitting on a fire truck with Jackson next to him. Due to all this, he is one of the mystery characters in Fuller House.
In the season four premiere episode "Oh My Santa", Tommy Sr. is seen in a home video sitting around a Christmas tree with a younger Max, a pregnant D.J. and Jackson recording (voice off-screen). Max was played by Elias Harger's real-life brother, Isaac, and Tommy Sr. by Dan Thiel.
