Hello, William. It seems that you have been here less than a week with two edits (so far). I appreciate you wanting to help, but I would have to defer to the senior editors first. You might try again later. Thanks for understanding. By the way, it's a good idea to check for spelling errors before submitting a request like this. :)

Fuller House

Hey Musdan77! I don't know whether you heard or not, but Full House is getting a sequel series called Fuller House:

It was confirmed by John Stamos here:

I originally made a wiki for it, but I decided to give the url to you guys as a redirect, as one big site is better, and it is a spinoff of Full House. Neptune - Everything's impossible until somebody does it. 05:07, April 21, 2015 (UTC)

Thank you. I was going to add something like that. Thanks especially for adding the references. --Musdan77 ~ Admin (talk) 15:13, April 21, 2015 (UTC)
No problem at all! Neptune - Everything's impossible until somebody does it. 00:58, April 23, 2015 (UTC)

Updates? Redesign?

Hey there! Exciting news for those of us who grew up with FH, eh? I was wondering if you would be open to a main page makeover to sort of celebrate the Fuller House announcement. Possibly a new background image as well? Also, I see there is no custom wordmark... Let me know what your thoughts or plans are on this, and if you need help with anything else here. Hopefully we can work together and maybe create a fresh new landing page for those who will be seeking out FH Wiki once the new show arrives. Thank you for your time! :)

Hi. I'm certainly open to any ideas. I don't have any in mind myself. Thanks. --Musdan77 ~ Admin (talk) 14:48, April 23, 2015 (UTC)
HOW DARE YOU change my edit on Fuller House! Are you suggesting that I cannot see 18,100 years into the future?? LOL j/k ;) Good catch, I don't know how I managed to miss that. :P
As for ideas, design-wise I was thinking of creating custom headers in the style of this logo The Full House TV series Wiki Logo, and as for a background... I'll have to put some time into tinkering with some prototypes. It will depend greatly on the images I can find, one concept would be to have the front of the house split half & half on either side of the content area. Another would be to have images of the cast lined up vertically - Season 1 on the left, and Season 7 on the right. Then, when there are more promo shots of the new grown-up cast, maybe they could replace the Season 1 side so it would be the Full House cast on one side & the Fuller House cast on the other. This is just off the top of my head brainstorming though, so like I said, I'll tinker with several options.
For main page layout, I'd like to update the character and season portals, or at least the character portals if nothing else, as the images need re-sizing to work properly with the current frame template. Also, they need to be consistently the same size headshots, capturing the same amount of head/shoulder of the characters in order to look uniform across all frames. I think more community-building / community friendly elements could stand to live on the main page as well, such as user blogs, newsfeed, and chat. I think the "Trivia" section would work well in a random setup, where every time people visit the main page or refresh it, they see a different bit of trivia. It would be good to add Fuller House to the Netflix webring as well, since that usually serves to bring in new editors that will help out with updates.
Anyway, those are my thoughts for now, let me know what you think about all this. :)

Cleanups and new features

Hey there Musdan! I was wondering if you minded if I did a cleanup on the wiki, such as removing several of the more useless categories such as: "Fathers, Men, etc." And a redesign of the infobox. Also, I was wondering whether you would consider activating the forums or not, and deactivating page comments, to do talk pages instead? Thanks for the consideration. Neptune - Everything's impossible until somebody does it. 12:12, April 24, 2015 (UTC)

Neptune, (1) Fine with me (cats). (2) What kind of changes to the infobox? (3) Why do you think that a talk page is better than a comments section? --Musdan77 ~ Admin (talk) 03:41, April 25, 2015 (UTC)

This wiki is very important and deserves a lot of people but there are something's I could request. }}

Hey I am not new to full house but i've watched only a couple episodes; I have 2 questions/opinions and one comment; Why especially in seasons 2-7 at least does Michelle act like a big jerk/brat ine my opinion; Danny doesn't do much better: he calls her his "little princess" even when she is older. So why do they do this? It's not like they're getting any younger or somethin' right?!? so [emphasis in all caps] WHY DO THEY DO THIS IS THAT THE WAY THE DIRECTORS/CREATORS/WRITERS wanted to express they're behavior?!?! Seriously i think michelle is a jerk and its not just my opinion; seen and heard many people talk about this especially throughout IMDB

My second question is (now this is just a rumor) does Bob Saget really like his job and just want to get paid?! WHAT IS HIS DEAL?!?! sorry i just wanted to throw stuff out there (I am autistic and am having trouble understanding sarcasm) ( that somewhat why i use all caps like that no offense whatsoever :))

Honestly if it's any episode i cannot watch, it's gotta be the house gets the mouse as i clearly take steph's side: she is at the time a beautiful good-looking actress and still is today. Although gotta admit the 1st 2 times jesse left i was crying inside(partly because i cry often) but not to distact/disturb my family

Could you be more specific? I didn't "delete everything", just what needs to be. Actually, adding the 2nd or "3rd times" aren't really necessary, but I left them there -- but I had to add the links, because you didn't. --Musdan77 ~ Admin (talk) 04:39, October 8, 2015 (UTC)

(1) You should explain your changes in the edit summary. (2) I can't just take your word for it. Some things need a verifiable source. (3) There's trivia and then there's trivial trivia. What goes on the article should be things that the majority of readers find interesting. And, "1st time" may be notable, but "2nd time", not really. --Musdan77 ~ Admin (talk) 17:21, October 23, 2015 (UTC)

RE: Updates

A while back, I hit you up about doing some possible updates here - mostly visual - and then promptly got buried in my workload. Additionally, I see that it's been decided to have a separate Fuller House Wiki, and let them cover the new show with only minimal reference to it here. Anyhoo - here is an example of what I was talking about, a couple of the ambitious ideas I had are no longer feasible with the system changes that have been made, but this is more or less what I had in mind: EXAMPLE

The background is a judgement call, it's kind of hard to come up with anything image heavy since the show is so old - all the screenshots available are really grainy.

Also, it would be good to update the slider so that it links into the wiki, perhaps: |Characters|Episodes|Cast|Fuller House or <link to Fuller House Wiki>|

It would also be good to have an actual Full House series page - especially for google search purposes.

Please let me know what you think, so I can move forward (or not) with any elements you approve of.

Thank you for your time, and happy editing! :)

Possible Merge?

Also, have you given any thought to the idea of merging one or both of the Fuller House wikias into this one, and housing both series here on the same site? Those communities would benefit from this wiki's already established search engine ranking, and this wiki would benefit from the renewed enthusiasm of the new editors working on Fuller House. Please let me know how you feel about it and where you stand with the idea, I'm personally at the disposal of both series for whatever you need, including facilitating any possible merge.

XD1@@fandom 23:36, February 4, 2016 (UTC)
There's more than one? I have no problem with it, if the admins there are OK with it. --Musdan77 ~ Admin (talk) 04:15, February 5, 2016 (UTC)
Technically, there are three. :P One of them is only interested in doing a stand-alone wikia though, so I'm talking to the other two to get an idea of how they feel about it. I'll keep you up to date, it would be ideal if one or both of them was willing to merge over here and cover both series on the original, well-established Full House Wiki, since logically speaking the vast majority of Full House fans will be interested in the new series as well. Other franchises such as Breaking Bad and Arrow/The Flash have had great success hosting both series on the same wikia.
XD1@@fandom 05:15, February 5, 2016 (UTC)
Sounds good. Thanks. --Musdan77 ~ Admin (talk) 17:24, February 5, 2016 (UTC)

Regardless of the outcome, would you be opposed to me covering Fuller House here as well, since it directly involves most of the main cast and characters of Full House? If there is no merge, I'm sure the dedicated Fuller House wikias would go into much greater detail, but it definitely seems like there should at least be some coverage here - if not fully detailed coverage.

Also, I'd like to go ahead and flesh out the actual Full House page. I know that there is a description of the series on the main page already, but as hard is it may be to believe, there are people (mostly young people and non-US residents, I suspect) who have not heard of this series and will be googling it when Fuller House premieres. This would also help with internal linking site-wide, and overall site SEO & traffic/flow would benefit - esp. after adding it to the nav menu.

XD1@@fandom 18:36, February 5, 2016 (UTC)
OK. If anyone gives me trouble, I'll send them to you. --Just kidding. :) I don't think it would be a problem to have both. --Musdan77 ~ Admin (talk) 19:45, February 5, 2016 (UTC)

Just checking in so I know where everyone stands, if they were to agree to merge their wikias into Full House wiki, are you okay with the two admins/founders of the Fuller House wikias stepping up as admins here?

XD1@@fandom 10:06, February 12, 2016 (UTC)
Good thing you said that. I didn't see it before, sorry.
I would expect that, but I think that they should be willing to ask for permission, just like anyone else. I will waive the other usual requirements though. --Musdan77 ~ Admin (talk) 19:19, February 14, 2016 (UTC)
We'd be open to a merge, but we wouldn't want to give up our admin rights as that would be starting from square one.

Character planning

Hey there - I need your input on characters appearing in both series.

So far D.J. is the only one who's name has changed - D.J. Tanner → D.J. Tanner-Fuller - and for the moment, I just have D.J. Tanner-Fuller linking to D.J. Tanner. So a decision needs to be made on whether to keep this the standard moving forward (D.J. may very well end up being the only character with this issue anyway), or update names with those given in Fuller House.

More of an issue is that of character images and general info. Do you think we should update the Full House character infobox images to what the characters look like now, in Fuller House, or leave them be? Alternatively, I could create images for them that are split with Full/Fuller versions in the same image, or rework the infobox with an option for 2 images stacked - representing their physical appearance in both series.

The same question goes for general info on character pages. Should we update all applicable infoboxes on Feb. 26 with info from the new series, or attempt to add a Fuller House section to the existing infobox?

Since Fuller House is a direct continuation from the same people who created Full House, my opinion would be that we switch to either split or stacked images, and simply update infoboxes with current info - taking care to add to fields such as Occupation and Education, rather than overwriting them. However, you're the admin, not me, so ultimately it is your decision.

XD1@@fandom 12:10, February 8, 2016 (UTC)
Hi, good question(s). This is still the Full House wiki, so the focus should remain on that – though I realize that Fuller House should be incorporated into it, so it can be tricky. For #1, I'd say leave as is, and in the intro, after "on the television sitcom Full House", something like "and "D.J. Tanner-Fuller on Fuller House". For #2, again, I'd leave as is, since there are current images in the gallery. For #3, I would add to the applicable parameter with the new info, somehow indicating it applies to Fuller - maybe with a notation. Thanks. --Musdan77 ~ Admin (talk) 18:35, February 8, 2016 (UTC)

Fuller House images

Just curious why you've removed some of the Fuller House images - I just don't want to be adding images if they don't meet a criteria I'm not yet aware of. Thanks-

XD1@@fandom 11:04, February 12, 2016 (UTC)
Hi, maybe you didn't read Full House Wiki contributing rules and guidelines#Adding images, which states, "Decent quality images are preferred over very low-resolution images or bad quality images. Pictures that contain blurry images are frowned upon." Though, I may not have removed them if it wasn't for the fact that they were very similar to other pics in the gallery – so they weren't adding anything. Thanks for understanding – and for your contributions. --Musdan77 ~ Admin (talk) 17:01, February 12, 2016 (UTC)
Ah, I didn't think any of them were all that bad, and I've definitely seen a lot worse here. Understandable though, and I agree about repetitive images, I've since removed a bunch that were just different poses from the same shot. I also got some new shots of Pamela Tanner, and updated the existing one as it was really poor quality.

Did you see my newest message above, in the "Merge" section?

Ok, while I understand and respect that this wiki is mainly based on the original Full House series, the Olsen's twins character Michelle Tanner is the aunt of DJ Tanners kids, and that, in one way or another, has to have recognition on her page. Thanks for listening to my suggestion, and I will respect what decision you will post, since you are a admin here. --Invader Rob II (talk) 20:56, February 27, 2016 (UTC)
Hi, thanks for understanding that we need to keep "the main thing, the main thing". Right now on the Michelle Tanner page, Fuller House is mentioned in the trivia section. I was planning to make it at some point, but I was waiting to see if there would be a framed photo or flashback in the series that would give some info first. There is no "Tommy Fuller, Sr." listed in the credits anywhere, so I am not feeling very optimistic about that. I haven't made it all the way through yet, so PLEASE DON'T SPOIL, but having the page is perfectly fine. I should be through the series by tomorrow, and I've been posting info as I go. RE: Michelle's catch-phrase

"José" is the grammatically proper way to spell the name in "No way, José!"

Without the accented "e" the word becomes anglicized, and its pronunciation could be interpreted as being like "Joe's" instead.

"José" is also how it is spelled in the official scripts. (as exemplified here)

XD1@@fandom 21:14, February 28, 2016 (UTC)
I didn't realize I reverted that. I must have been editing an older version. --Musdan77 ~ Admin (talk) 21:50, February 28, 2016 (UTC)
No worries, I just wanted to talk to you about it first instead of edit-battling. :) Please let me know if there are any formatting or consistency concerns I need to be watching out for (esp. concerning my own edits), I know there has been a huge influx of editing traffic since the Netflix premiere, some of it well-meaning, but counterproductive. I do notice people have been updating Full House main character birth-dates, but my memory for every single episode of the original series is a bit hazy. Is there a place you know of or rely on to fact-check any of these major updates beyond actually re-watching all 192 episodes?
XD1@@fandom 04:11, February 29, 2016 (UTC)
I wish I knew of one like that. Maybe we should just remove all birthdates until someone can give a source for it (except, it's easy to know the bdate for Nicky & Alex -- and Michelle). Btw, do you think we really need a "gender" parameter? Also, someone tried adding a "Birth name" parameter (to Stephanie) which, as you know, isn't valid. Do you think it should be added? --Musdan77 ~ Admin (talk) 17:00, February 29, 2016 (UTC)
The only gender parameter I've seen necessary at this point is for the pets. lol I actually thought of making a pet infobox to allow for some non-anthropomorphized-sounding descriptors. >.<
No, I don't see a need for a "Birth name" parameter for any reason.
It's difficult to preserve the spirit of a "wiki" sometimes, when so many people are so fired up to edit, and everyone has different opinions about how info is displayed, what info is displayed, and what actually happened in a particular scene or episode. Among other things, I often see people editing pages in real-time, as they watch new episodes, updating things as if Fuller' were a regular network series with new things happening every week. People need to get through all 13 episodes, and *then* update for where things are now. But.... they're excited, and I get that- not really a bad thing at the end of the day, just more work & a little frustrating. I don't know if you've checked, but this wiki is noticeably more comprehensive on the new show than the dedicated wikis, and is getting FAR more traffic/attention. ;)
Anyway, to the matter at hand - I'm not an admin, and obviously it's your call, but imo no need for "Birth name" at all, and dropping the gender parameter wouldn't hurt anything. If you want me to drop that parameter from the infoboxes, let me know and I can then 'bot' the related pages to remove that line from the template pulls quick and easy. I'll probably make that pet infobox too, just because I kind of got into doing the family dog lineage.

Family Matters

How would you feel about me changing the "Family" parameter in the infoboxes to say "Immediate Family" or "Close Family" (limiting infobox listings to parents, children, and maybe aunts/uncles) and moving to the content area style comprehensive list as seen here: Max Fuller? The extended family listings in infoboxes are starting to make them really long, and kind of ridiculous-looking. Not looking to add more work to your plate, as I'd be happy to spearhead the effort, it just seems like it would be a cleaner format, and the infoboxes are supposed to be just a short summary, not comprehensive info. I would add a "see: Family" link that would navigate down the page to the full listing. Thoughts?

XD1@@fandom 19:24, March 1, 2016 (UTC)
That's a great idea ("Immediate family" would be better). If they were real people there would only be immediate family in the infobox, and it should be the same for them too. Right now for Max, you don't have to go down -- just to the left (at least on my computer). --Musdan77 ~ Admin (talk) 22:36, March 1, 2016 (UTC)
On that page it's to the left, yes, but on someone like D.J. it would link down. I'll get to work on it.

Fuller House Birthdates

I'm seeing birth dates being added to Fuller House characters, but I don't recall any being mentioned in the series at all - even though one of the episodes revolves around a birthday. Am I missing something e.g. an official listing somewhere, or are those dates all guesses, and erroneous? If they are guesses, I'm happy to revert them all back to either a year for characters whose age we know, or nothing at all.

XD1@@fandom 14:58, March 3, 2016 (UTC)
Yeah, no -- In a way, a year would be good, but then again, just having the year might make some people want to add a date -- so maybe none would be better. --Musdan77 ~ Admin (talk) 17:36, March 3, 2016 (UTC)
Can we add an "Age" Descripition in the infobox? This will state how old the character is rather than when his or her birthday comes. FouroSeven (talk) 20:54, March 3, 2016 (UTC)FouroSeven
I think that would be fine for the kids, but I don't think we need to give the ages for adult characters. If someone wanted to know their age, they can just go to the actor's page. --Musdan77 ~ Admin (talk) 22:35, March 3, 2016 (UTC)
|Age= Will work if you want to use it on the kids.
XD1@@fandom 02:01, March 4, 2016 (UTC)
I think that would be good -- as long as we don't know for sure what actual birthdate is. --Musdan77 ~ Admin (talk) 04:03, March 4, 2016 (UTC)

I've updated the character infobox as per our conversation, and all the main character pages to reflect the change. I made a couple other minor tweaks to it as well, so let me know if it bugs you and I'll fix it for you.

XD1@@fandom 15:00, March 3, 2016 (UTC)
Looks fine to me. Thanks. --Musdan77 ~ Admin (talk) 17:37, March 3, 2016 (UTC)

I See How You Got The Neflix wikis thing at the bottom at the homepage how do i make one like that thanks!

Here's the template: {{w:NetflixWikis}}
--Musdan77 ~ Admin (talk) 22:34, March 5, 2016 (UTC)

I'm relatively new (as a registered user) here.

But before I signed on, I used this wikia a lot (as just a guest) to my fanfic and just checking stuff.

I wonder, since this is one of the popular wikias, can I add a Full House timeline (however I have now idea how to create a new page)?

Well first, remember to sign talk page posts using four tildes or the signature button. Also, you should start a new section for a new topic.
A timeline page would be OK (if done right). Just click the "Contribute" button on the top right of any page and click "Add a page". --Musdan77 ~ Admin (talk) 01:23, March 6, 2016 (UTC)

Mistake in Full House episode "The Big Three-O"

Does this a writers mistake or this wiki made a mistake?

According to season one episode "The Big Three-O", Danny turns 30 years old. If Danny's birthday is true, then his birthday should take place in May 17, 1987 before Full House even began and couple of days after Pam's death.

But in this episode Joey and Jesse are already present altough we already know, that these two moved in three months after Pam's death (if Pam died in May, the guys moved in July/ August).

1) If date is correct, we should change Danny's birth to 1958 or

2) We have to change his birthday to december because it is way more logical.

Last appearance

Hey there - so on character infoboxes, I notice an inconsistency where "Last appearance" is concerned. On some (Danny, for instance) only their most recent Fuller House appearance is listed, while on others (D.J., for instance) only their final Full House appearance is listed. In other cases (Joey being one) both are listed. For my two cents, I think the Joey / both version is the way to go, as it is more informative and caters to everyone, not just people who are also watching the new series. However, since you have the last word here, I wanted to get a judgement call from you so I know which version to try and preserve.

XD1@@fandom 04:07, March 8, 2016 (UTC)
Well, I guess it is being too presumptuous to think that everyone should already know that "Michelle Rides Again (Part 2)" is the last episode of Full House (Danny). And the reasoning for D.J. was that she hasn't had a "last" appearance on Fuller yet. But, I can understand how you feel, so if you want to make them all consistent, that's fine. --Musdan77 ~ Admin (talk) 05:27, March 8, 2016 (UTC)

Edits on Pages

Hello, Musdan77. I have taken the liberty of adding quotes above the character pages. If you do not like this, feel free to change it back whenever you wish. I hope I didn't cause any trouble.

The Wiki Background

Hello im a Admin on the Fuller House Wiki And I was wondering if we could use your background for our wiki Thanks! -840648

Wiki Favicon

Since we already are the same thing and same wiki may I use your favicon for the fuller house wiki?

Not quite the same. Maybe if you could make it a different it would be OK. --Musdan77 ~ Admin (talk) 02:47, April 12, 2016 (UTC)

Hello, I see someone already made a category for Fuller House called Fuller House episodes, but since there's going to be another season can you rename it to Fuller House Season 1 episodes to avoid episode pages from another season being mixed up with another in one category? --Jolsarygt (talk) 17:00, June 17, 2016 (UTC)

Hi Jolsarygt. Good idea. Unfortunately, I can't just change the name at the category page. It's done by changing it on each episode page. Do you want to do that? --Musdan77 ~ Admin (talk) 17:49, June 17, 2016 (UTC)
I can try that but I already used Fuller House episodes category tagged on some of the Fuller House episode pages. If I make a new one and that category I used gets edited out/emptied, will it be kept or removed? --Jolsarygt (talk) 18:07, June 17, 2016 (UTC)
Once it's empty, I can delete it. --Musdan77 ~ Admin (talk) 18:24, June 17, 2016 (UTC)

Hello. I'd like to talk to someone responsible for that banner "NETFLIX Wikias". We would like to join in the banner, through Between Wiki -, about Between a Netflix original series. Thank you. @ohsnapitzma

Fuller House Season 2

Hey there! Did you see that Netflix released the trailer for Season 2? I'm so excited! I wanted to see if you'd like some help around the wiki? I was hoping to enable discussions, which will allow users to talk about the characters, episodes, etc. via mobile as well as on desktop. Check out the Harry Potter Discussions to see how easy it is to use! I'd also like to update the main page slider and videos. Let me know what you think! Witnessme (talk) 20:33, November 1, 2016 (UTC)

Hi, sounds fine to me. Do you need anything from me? --Musdan77 ~ Admin (talk) 00:15, November 2, 2016 (UTC)

Hi again! I noticed that you reverted some of my changes. Is there a specific reason why? Something you didn't like? Let me know! Witnessme (talk) 18:04, November 3, 2016 (UTC)

You should have let me know exactly what you were planning to do before doing it, then I wouldn't have to revert. I wasn't expecting all that. I gave my edit summary as: "Way too much Fuller House on the FULL House home page". We need to keep "the main, the main thing". I left your first add to the slider, then move it to the 2nd position. --Musdan77 ~ Admin (talk) 18:24, November 3, 2016 (UTC)

On sources for Candace's political views

If you Google "Candace Cameron The View", "Candace Cameron Republican", "Candace Cameron gay marriage", there are lot of articles and videos about her views...and over on "The View"'s YouTube channel you'll find a video of the debate I was talking about. I don't know if it will do it for you. Gameshowguy2000 (talk) 17:13, November 2, 2016 (UTC)

Hi, Gameshowguy. Thanks for posting that. Next time just add a reference like I did. Actually the page should have more refs - and so should other bio articles -- but especially when it's something that might be controversial. --Musdan77 ~ Admin (talk) 01:09, November 3, 2016 (UTC)

More granular family relations

Would it be possible to edit the "Character" template to allow more granular/specific family relations such as brother, sister, father, mother, son, and daughter, instead of placing all of these under "immediate family"?

When parsing infoboxes for semantic information (something I am doing to create a family tree), it's a lot easier to have specific categories.

Barrycarter (talk) 15:27, March 4, 2017 (UTC)

First, this is a discussion that should have happened before making a major change like that. I'm having trouble seeing how individual parameters would be an improvement. --Musdan77 ~ Admin (talk) 17:49, March 4, 2017 (UTC)

Editing of Gladstone children pages

I noticed you edited my Gladstone children pages to remove references to how they might have been named. May I ask why? Barrycarter (talk) 15:29, March 4, 2017 (UTC)

That is opinion/speculation. If there was a reference saying so, that would be okay. --Musdan77 ~ Admin (talk) 17:52, March 4, 2017 (UTC)

On the "Muslim Ban" thing

You said there was no such thing or even an attempt at one. However, the travel ban (which is still on hold as of right now) suggests otherwise (the clip that I had before you undid the edit mentioned was probably about such). That wrong? Gameshowguy2000 (talk) 22:20, March 20, 2017 (UTC)

The travel ban is for six particular countries, not Muslims (there are other countries that have more Muslims than those in the ban). That clip (within the clip) was from a Trump rally way back in Dec. 2015. --Musdan77 ~ Admin (talk) 05:45, March 21, 2017 (UTC)

What's defined as "most notable"?

I saw when you undid my last edit for "Oh Where, Oh Where Has My Little Girl Gone?" regarding the scenes for Michelle making the transition to being Stephanie's roommate.

Reason I put that in was it was "most notable" as in "memorable" (including the "Big Girl" song and the Barney the Bear hanging and so forth); though your definition for "most notable" might differ from mine. Gameshowguy2000 (talk) 05:14, May 1, 2017 (UTC)

Yeah, it basically means most memorable. Here's the thing, after a person watches a movie or TV episode, they may remember certain lines that stand out in their mind. I don't know of anyone remembering all (or even most) of the lines of a scene. They remember 1 or 2 or 3 or 4 lines of dialog. Basically, more than that would be recapping. I know that I should have cracked down on that long ago. --Musdan77 ~ Admin (talk) 17:43, May 1, 2017 (UTC)
So basically that edit was too much? Gameshowguy2000 (talk) 17:56, May 1, 2017 (UTC)
Basically, yes. These "quotes" in the ep. pages should be cut in half or so. --Musdan77 ~ Admin (talk) 18:11, May 1, 2017 (UTC)
Yeah, I think I see what you mean. I didn't realize those scenes were quoted in their entirety until I checked FH Forever (which I didn't plagiarize, thankfully); but I did check to see if there was any additional action in each scene before submitting. (Some of the clips on YouTube are just that, clips). But, in any case, the "Michelle officially becomes Stephanie's roommate" scenes were pretty notable; more notable than the "mega-crisis" scenes (despite them being the key points of the episode). What do you think? You want to keep the roommate scenes out or reinstate them?Gameshowguy2000 (talk) 19:51, May 1, 2017 (UTC)

On my "removing the line" edit from "Oh Where, Oh Where Has My Little Girl Gone?"

Yeah, according to Full House Forever, that was all one scene. If anything needs to be cut, by all means, go for it. Gameshowguy2000 (talk) 17:46, May 7, 2017 (UTC)

Okay --Musdan77 ~ Admin (talk) 18:27, May 7, 2017 (UTC)

Regarding CCB's Twitter accounts

Are you sure those 3 that you deleted are not official ones? I know that the one you left is official, and then there's at least one more that's official (the one that said she joined in 2009). Gameshowguy2000 (talk) 20:26, June 13, 2017 (UTC)

OK, I restored that one with an explanation as you can see – but we really shouldn't give a link to any that aren't "Verified". --Musdan77 ~ Admin (talk) 20:43, June 13, 2017 (UTC)
So that means that this and this aren't legit, so to speak (despite the fact that she may have posted those herself). Honestly, I thought those were her tweets (doesn't say that they're fan accounts, either). Gameshowguy2000 (talk) 20:51, June 13, 2017 (UTC)
Look on "#1". See the blue badge with the checkmark? That's how we know it's actually "verified". --Musdan77 ~ Admin (talk) 21:01, June 13, 2017 (UTC)

Also, regarding the "unfounded accusation"...

Reason I put the links (article and photo) on there were that there were--and still are--some people out there who still think she's anti-gay because of her views. That good enough? Gameshowguy2000 (talk) 00:26, June 14, 2017 (UTC)

Some people, no matter what, are going to think what they want to think. What people "think" is not important. What's important is what she says and does – and definitely not an accusation that's obviously unfounded. --Musdan77 ~ Admin (talk) 02:40, June 14, 2017 (UTC)

Reason I put the girls' "Growing up" pictures in "Opening credits"

I put those in there to make the Season 4 and Season 5 openings more like on the episodes themselves That good enough, or that too much?Gameshowguy2000 (talk) 14:58, June 15, 2017 (UTC)

That's just unnecessary repetition. But, I have added a comment in those sections. --Musdan77 ~ Admin (talk) 17:28, June 15, 2017 (UTC)

On the "Step by Step" video you removed...

If you click on the little "CC" icon, you'll see the captioning (just like on TV). That help? Gameshowguy2000 (talk) 15:04, July 14, 2017 (UTC)

OK, I see what you mean -- but not needed in ref title (and still no reason for 2). --Musdan77 ~ Admin (talk) 17:29, July 14, 2017 (UTC)
And I didn't notice it looked blurry. I'll check again, but I could see it clear as day. Gameshowguy2000 (talk) 18:34, July 14, 2017 (UTC)
The one that was first is shaky (moving back and forth). The second is a bit blurry, but the "shaky" thing is more annoying (at least I think so). --Musdan77 ~ Admin (talk) 18:47, July 14, 2017 (UTC)

For the "High Anxiety" synopsis...

Should we reinstate the "inspirational music" and "audience emotion" bits, or leave them out completely, and if we do reinstate them, will that make the section too much longer? I say reinstate them, but I'll see what your decision is before doing so. Gameshowguy2000 (talk) 01:53, July 19, 2017 (UTC)

Currently, that synopsis has 1,487 words (without those). If you can cut that in half then you can add those trivial things back. Did you read the editing note(s)? --Musdan77 ~ Admin (talk) 02:24, July 19, 2017 (UTC)
So, 2 inspirational music bits, 2 audience emotion bits. That means I have to have only 1 of each, and that means I have to pick which one (of each type) I want to keep. That what you mean? Gameshowguy2000 (talk) 03:02, July 19, 2017 (UTC)
I said there are 1,487 words in the section. Half of that is 743. What does the rule say the length should be? --Musdan77 ~ Admin (talk) 03:14, July 19, 2017 (UTC)

Hi. Why did you removed added age and changed the address back where some characters originally lived? Alfapeet (talk) 12:03, September 30, 2017 (UTC)Baltimees

First of all, when you start a new topic on a talk page, start a new section.
I explained some in the edit summaries, but here's the deal: (1) This is the Full House Wiki, not the Fuller House Wiki – so when we add something about Fuller House to an infobox, it needs to say "Fuller House". (2) And since this is the Full House Wiki, we can't say that (for example) Stephanie is 35 because she's not that old in Full House. I hope this answers your questions. --Musdan77 ~ Admin (talk) 18:42, September 30, 2017 (UTC)

On the "Water"/"Blood" thing on "Good News, Bad News"...

D.J. and Kimmy are related by "water" since they're friends and not family (like Stephanie and Michelle are D.J.'s "blood"). Sorry if I wasn't clear before. Should we put it back or just leave it be? And do you think I've misunderstood this "blood"/"water" thing? Gameshowguy2000 (talk) 06:00, October 6, 2017 (UTC)

Hi, John. How are you doing? That really doesn't make it any clearer. I tried watching the episode, but there's nothing about "water". Is that from some phrase that I've never heard? I do know "Blood is thicker than water", but it doesn't mean that friends are "water". Anyway, it's fine the way it is now. --Musdan77 ~ Admin (talk) 17:43, October 6, 2017 (UTC)
    • Yeah, that "blood is thicker than water" phrase was what I was going by. Gameshowguy2000 (talk) 17:59, October 6, 2017 (UTC)

On the "War on Christmas" thing...

The reason I put it in, is because usually, the "War on Christmas" was started a decade ago by conservatives a asking people to boycott any business that doesn't use "Christmas" in its advertising, or refuses to use the "Merry Christmas" greeting (as she put it in the FB photo and Twitter tweet, though she doesn't ask for boycotts like them). Am I going wrong somewhere, and if I am, where am I going wrong? Gameshowguy2000 (talk) 03:34, November 30, 2017 (UTC)

But, the refs don't say/show any of that. Where does it? As far as I see, she was just talking about the red Starbucks holiday cups. --Musdan77 ~ Admin (talk) 04:58, November 30, 2017 (UTC)

Would the Fuller House Community like to test a new feature?

Hey Musdan77!

We are looking for communities that might help us test a new feature. Perhaps you’d like your wiki to be part of this project?

The feature we’re testing

This new feature can be described like this: It’s a new dynamic landing page for your community that shows what is currently happening in a more dynamic way than your traditional main page or mobile main page. Visitors to your wiki will see a feed informing them about what content is new or newly changed on the wiki, and what’s being discussed in Discussions.

Users can directly contribute to that feed by adding a post, images, links or a poll themselves. This landing page will also link to Special:Community (which we'd have to enable first) as a way to motivate new readers to edit, and it will contain quicklinks to your wiki’s most popular articles. The feature is called Community Feeds.

You can see a preview of this feature on the mobile version of a couple of early test communities, for example on the Fortnite Wiki or the Horror Wiki. The new feature is currently only available on mobile, so make sure to check out these links on your phone instead of a desktop computer, otherwise you'll see nothing new!

Please also note that this new feature is still in development, and so some things are still missing or not in their final shape yet.

Why be part of this test?

Your community will be able to tell us exactly what you like about this feature and what you don’t like, helping us make this as useful and fun for our users as possible. Only a handful of communities will be able to test Community Feeds at this early stage, so your input will have a lot of weight in our development process!

What do you need to do if you participate?

Initially, there is nothing required on your end - if you agree to be part of this test, we’ll enable Community Feeds on your community, and your visitors will start seeing it when they visit your wiki. They’ll be able to contribute something to the community right there, on the first page they land on, which will hopefully motivate more of them to stay and be an active member.

You can add to the feed yourself, if you want, or just see your regular wiki edits automatically appear in it. Having this test running on your wiki will give us valuable data and insights into how users use this feature and how well it works.

We’re also hoping to hear directly from you and your community members! Tell us directly what you think of the new feature, what’s missing and what should work differently. This will help us shape the feature for a wider release later on. If you don't care either way, though, we can also just switch on the feature and you don't need to do a single thing - you can just let the test run.

Would your community like to be a part of this? Let me know! Mira Laime @fandom  (help forum | blog) 00:30, November 17, 2018 (UTC)

It sounds good to me, Mira. The links don't go directly to those pages, but I think I found the right ones. --Musdan77 ~ Admin (talk) 00:55, November 17, 2018 (UTC)
The links should go directly there, but only if you look on a mobile device, such as a smartphone. If you click on them on desktop, you'll just see the regular main pages for those communities. If you did use a phone or tablet, then you saw exactly what I'm talking about - except by the time we get to test this here on the wiki, it'll be further developed, and look (even) better.
I'll count your community in then, and you should see the test live in about three to four weeks. When that happens, I'll let you know - and by then, the feature will be ready for display on desktop, too, so you won't need to use a phone just to see it. Mira Laime @fandom  (help forum | blog) 04:29, November 17, 2018 (UTC)
Hey Musdan! I'm Brandon and I work with Eva at Fandom. As part of this new feature we'd like to make an update to the community's design. It would include a sleek new photo of the Painted Ladies in San Francisco, and a small color update. We'll need to make this change by Wednesday. That cool with you? - Brandon Rhea@fandom(talk) 02:35, December 4, 2018 (UTC)
Okay. I will trust you. --Musdan77 ~ Admin (talk) 03:30, December 4, 2018 (UTC)
The new background image is live! - Brandon Rhea@fandom(talk) 18:32, December 4, 2018 (UTC)
As you've doubtless noticed, we have released the new feature and the test has started! Can't see it? Check your user settings - if you have Recent Changes or Wiki Activity set as your landing page, you won't be able to see the Community Feed, but if you change that to main page you will. Your wiki has been added to the Fandom app so more of your mobile visitors can see it, and the new feature is available there as well.
We also have a help page that might answer some of the questions the community has: Help:Community_Feeds
Since this is very much still under construction, you may notice some features missing that are standard elsewhere on the wiki, such as the bottom toolbar, your global notifications, user rights badges on avatars in the posts, and visual markers for when a post has been reported, locked or deleted.
You'll also see that Discussions categories aren't available (all posts added to the Feed go into the General category, and only posts in General are shown on the Feed). Adding structure to the posts is one of the things we'll work on next. We're excited to hear what you think! Mira Laime @fandom  (help forum | blog) 17:35, December 14, 2018 (UTC)
I don't know what you mean by "Your wiki has been added to the Fandom app" because I searched for it on Google Play and it's not in the results. --Musdan77 ~ Admin (talk) 18:33, December 14, 2018 (UTC)
Perhaps you were searching for a community app? Fandom doesn't support those anymore and doesn't release any new ones, but we did add your wiki to the new Fandom app instead. That can be found here. It features more than 800 of our best wikis in multiple languages. Mira Laime @fandom  (help forum | blog) 19:28, December 14, 2018 (UTC)
Well, unfortunately it says "Your device isn't compatible with this version". --Musdan77 ~ Admin (talk) 20:52, December 14, 2018 (UTC)
Could that be due to the version of Android you're using? For the Fandom app to work, you need Android 5 or above. In addition, the app isn't designed for tablets (since most tablet users just read wikis through their browser anyway). That means if you visit the Playstore with a tablet, the app will also be marked as not compatible. If you are an iOS user, you need at least iOS 11. Mira Laime @fandom  (help forum | blog) 19:11, December 17, 2018 (UTC)

"Jingle Bells" is not just for Christmas."

But it's usually played during the Christmas holidays, right? (I just saw you delete that part on the Happy New Year page) Gameshowguy2000 (talk) 00:01, January 1, 2019 (UTC)

First, did you mean to put an "s" on "Christmas holidays"? Christmas is only one holiday. Usually when people say "the holidays", they're including Thanksgiving, Hanukkah, and New Year's. "Jingle Bells" was originally meant for Thanksgiving, but it's about wintertime. None of its 4 verses says anything about Christmas. --Musdan77 ~ Admin (talk) 01:02, January 1, 2019 (UTC)

'New Year' and whether to capitalize it

I looked over your last edit, and saw that you lowercased "New Year". Correct me if I'm wrong, but since it's referring to the occasion, shouldn't it be capitalized? Gameshowguy2000 (talk) 23:05, January 3, 2019 (UTC)

It's not referring to the day (holiday). Only if it's "New Year's Day" or "New Year's Eve" is it capitalized. --Musdan77 ~ Admin (talk) 23:10, January 3, 2019 (UTC)

This is soooo unfair I know it's been a few year but the show still just started. Omgosh you guys I just hate Netflix sometimes. They should have at least gave it a 8 season run at the most and with more than 13 episodes. Maybe abc or fox or whatever can pick up the show it's happened with other shows before I think it happen with the show You. It was originally with Lifetime now it's with Netflix?

Season 4 Page

Hi Musdan77,

I just updated the Season 4 page adding and image to the Navbox and other updates and was wondering if you could add it and Season 5 to the main navigation.

TotallyLogical 23:35, May 22, 2019 (UTC)

OK, done. Thanks. --Musdan77 ~ Admin (talk) 03:07, May 23, 2019 (UTC)

You're Welcome, I'll try to help out more soon! TotallyLogical 02:46, May 25, 2019 (UTC)

Hi Musdan77

I was wondering if, now I'm not trying to be jerk or anything, you could block InfernoxStudios because first he used the word "slut" which is not appropriate, second he was being mean and offending anyone who likes fuller house, and third was just all around being rude. Check the Michelle Tanner wiki page for the evidence.

1FullerHouseFan (talk) 01:37, June 18, 2019 (UTC)1FullerHouseFan

Ps I hope by my username you can tell I'm offended.

I looked at the Michelle page and didn't see "slut". But, I can't really block someone for opinions in the comments section. It would have to be really bad. --Musdan77 ~ Admin (talk) 02:09, June 18, 2019 (UTC)
Hi Musdan77, I made a mistake "slut" is in the Stephanie Tanner page not Michelle.
One more thing, so they are saying I'm harassing them in the comments I was wondering if I was the one doing the harassing or they where. If I was I am deeply sorry and will apologize.
I don't think anyone was harassing, but then I wasn't on the receiving end. Have you seen this? --Musdan77 ~ Admin (talk) 04:17, June 18, 2019 (UTC)
Hmm, I just read that because I just woke up and I now I am reading the comments last night when I checked they did say slut and now that I am checking I don't see it anymore I checked both pages and I didn't see it. Anyway I want to know so you address this to him? Because he was being kind of sarcastic when talking to me but full-on apologized to you.

Hey there! My name is Mandy, and I’m the Fandom Wiki Manager assigned to the Full House Wiki. No worries, I am not here to take over. My job is to help the community and serve as a liaison between contributors and full-time Fandom staff. I will be your primary point of contact should any assistance be needed, so if you ever have a question or issue relating to the wiki, editing, etc., don't hesitate to leave a message on my talk page and I will do my best to help. If I am unable to solve your issue, I will be able to get in contact with a staff member that can. OK, thanks. --Musdan77 ~ Admin (talk) 18:57, June 26, 2019 (UTC)

Would you mind adding ABC Wiki as an affiliate. Affiliates are just a cross link of two wikis (You add a link to ABC Wiki , we add a link to Full House wiki).

TotallyLogical 16:59, July 8, 2019 (UTC)

OK, done. --Musdan77 ~ Admin (talk) 17:43, July 8, 2019 (UTC)

Thanks, we added your wordmark to the page !TotallyLogical 20:37, July 8, 2019 (UTC)

"Pwn" meaning

There. If it's not appropriate for this Wiki, I can understand. Gameshowguy2000 (talk) 02:00, August 18, 2019 (UTC)

"Pal Joey" synopsis

I think it should be under the limit now. You can check to make sure. You can also check the other sections for any mistakes. Gameshowguy2000 (talk) 00:14, August 20, 2019 (UTC)

Character Images

Hi Musdan77,

I was thinking sense this wiki has Fuller House content, maybe we could double up the charcatar images. Take a look at my Sandbox, look about the infobox image. See how one says "Full House" and the other say "Fuller House". You can click back and forth between the two tabs and it shows the seperate images. Do you think we could implimeant those on all the charcatar pages (Bigger and better quality images than the example I used for my Sandbox, of course.)?

01:53, August 20, 2019 (UTC)

Alright, I'll allow that style. However, I think the "Fuller" picture should also be her looking at the camera, or at least just her, not holding a child. --Musdan77 ~ Admin (talk) 03:00, August 20, 2019 (UTC)
Okay, I found a good image and uploaded it to the D.J. Tanner page, what do you think? 20:20, August 20, 2019 (UTC)
Great! Thanks. --Musdan77 ~ Admin (talk) 20:48, August 20, 2019 (UTC)

I have added a sidebar to the homepage so things look a little neater for new visitors.  However, I noticed the "In The News" section dosn't work and seems to just be codes. I am not sure how to fix that.

"Silent Treatment" vs "Cold Shoulder"

According to that Wikipedia link, it says that "to give the cold shoulder" is a slang term meaning "to ignore". "To give the silent treatment" means the same thing. So basically, there's really no difference between the two. Or is there? Gameshowguy2000 (talk) 00:17, October 6, 2019 (UTC)

Giving the "cold shoulder" is usually something done by one "lover" to the other.
But, Michelle is literally giving the "silent treatment". Jesse and Joey say that she's "not talking to us" three times (combined). --Musdan77 ~ Admin (talk) 02:26, October 6, 2019 (UTC)

New Wiki Manager

Hey Musdan! I just wanted to take a second to introduce myself. I am Lostris, and I will be taking over from Mandy as this wiki's Wiki Manager. Like she told you before, we are not here to take over but aim to help the community on a more local level and serve as an easy to reach liaison between contributors and full-time Fandom staff. Besides being here to help you with any problems or questions you may be experiencing regarding the wiki, I can also be of assistance with the fun stuff, so if you have an idea or fun project that you don't quite know how to get off the ground or that you feel could use a little bit more Fandom love, do not hesitate to reach out and pitch me your idea! I look forward to getting to know you and working together with this community! Lady Lostris @fandom / Wiki.png 11:21, April 4, 2020 (UTC)

Checking in

Hey Musdan, how are things going? First and foremost, I want to congratulate you on keeping this wiki going for fifteen years as of today! That's a tremendous achievement of this community, something you may be very proud of!

Secondly, I just wanted to check in with you in general to see if you have everything under control or if you would like some help with something. If you're interested, I would like to talk to you about a possible new design for the background and perhaps a little spiff of the main page. This wiki is very solid thanks to your efforts and the rest of the community, but I think it could do even better if it was enhanced with an attractive design. I hope to hear back from you, so we can discuss this and come up with some concrete ideas, so everything will be to your liking! Just let me know what you're thinking. Kind regards, Lady Lostris @fandom / Wiki.png 19:30, June 15, 2020 (UTC)

Hi, Lady. So, I came here about 7 years later.
The only problem I have is that I don't have much free time right now. But, I'm open to new ideas of improving the wiki. --Musdan77 ~ Admin (talk) 04:51, June 22, 2020 (UTC)
